Service Agreement
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using KABAS services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing and using the KABAS website, products, and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by KABAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Subject to these Terms, KABAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and use. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us through the Services ("Customer Data").
KABAS offers on-premise deployment options that ensure your data remains under your control and within your infrastructure. For cloud-hosted services, data handling is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from third parties.
KABAS warrants that the Services will perform substantially in accordance with the applicable documentation. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KABAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KABAS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KABAS regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
